Rapid Silicone Prototyping

Poragen's prototyping service is designed to accelerate your product development cycle. We work closely with engineers and researchers to translate target properties into tangible silicone specimens quickly and efficiently.

All formulation and fabrication is performed in-house, giving us full control over quality and turnaround time. Custom tooling can be sourced from outside contractors or supplied by the customer.

Our Process

Concept & Formulation

We start with your target properties and application requirements. Our team selects the right silicone base, additives, and foaming agents to match your specifications.

Sample Fabrication

Initial prototypes are fabricated in-house using standard geometries for rapid evaluation. This allows quick iteration on formulation before committing to custom tooling.

Tooling & Scale-Up

Once the formulation is validated, we move to custom tooling for your specific geometry. Tooling can be sourced externally or supplied by the customer.
